Snce moving to Kendal last summer, I have had cause to visit the surgery several times and on all points of contact I have received excellent care and service. Many thanks

Recently on a visit to the pharmacy, I did trip over the small wall outside Helme Chase on my way out of the surgery. It is a grey wall against grey paving, sticking out beyond the supporting beam. As it was a very wet and grey day, and I was putting up my umbrella I didn't see the low wall. Luckily I only banged and bruised my shin. I did not fall. You want to consider painting it white so it is more obvious. Thanks

I find it better to actually call at the surgery than to use the Internet or phone. It's easier and often quicker.

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
